Complex Connect is expanding its Positive Behaviour Support service and is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with current NDIS practitioner suitability at Proficient level or above. This senior role offers autonomy, a sizeable caseload and the prospect to influence how PBS is developed and delivered within an established NDIS provider.

You will manage your own caseload, conduct assessments, develop BSPs, and collaborate across services to achieve meaningful participant
