Secure Steps is Victoria's 24/7 family violence response centre seeking a Family Violence Crisis Specialist Intake & Assessment to provide specialist first response to victim-survivors seeking safety. The FVCS role delivers telephone-based crisis intervention for clients at serious risk, following MARAM guidelines.

The role promotes inclusion across CALD, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, and LGBTQIA+ communities, and requires checks including WWCC and National Police checks.
