Department of Health Victoria in Melbourne is seeking two Service Desk Officers (Digital Health) to provide level 2 support for Victorian Health Services and Health Technology Services. You will triage incidents, service requests and change requests, and act as the central contact between teams and clients.

You will work within an ITIL-based setting, aim to meet SLAs, and coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely resolutions.
