Lewis Hotels Group’s Kogarah Tavern seeks an experienced Duty Manager to join the venue management team. You will oversee daily operations, lead front-of-house staff, and uphold high standards of service in a busy pub workplace.

You will handle guest inquiries, manage rostering and daily operational planning, and ensure liquor licensing and RSA compliance while maintaining presentation and safety standards across shifts.
