The Marketing & Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of B.A Roads' marketing, communications and content activities to strengthen the company's brand and market presence. The position creates and manages engaging digital content, including social media, photography, videography and website content, while ensuring all materials are consistent with the company's brand and values. The role works closely with operational and corporate teams to identify and capture project, people and business opportunities that showcase B.A Roads' capabilities and achievements. The position also supports marketing events, trade shows and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and engagement with clients, employees and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and schedule social media content across relevant platforms
- Develop marketing content including posts, photography and video
- Photograph and film projects, staff, equipment and company activities
- Edit photographs and video content for marketing and social media
- Coordinate marketing requirements for trade shows, expos and industry events
- Assist with preparation of promotional materials, displays and collateral




- Maintain the company's marketing calendar and content schedule
- Coordinate with operational teams to identify suitable content and marketing opportunities
- Assist with website content and updates
- Monitor social media engagement and provide basic reporting on performance

About you

- Valid Driver's Licence
- Construction Induction Card (Red / White)
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing or a related field is desirable, but equivalent practical experience will be considered
- 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, social media or content creation role
- Demonstrated experience managing and scheduling social media content across relevant platforms
- Experience creating written, photographic and video content for social media and other marketing channels
- Experience using photography and video equipment to capture skilled-quality content
- Experience editing photographs and short-form video content
- Experience maintaining a marketing/content calendar and managing multiple deadlines
- Experience coordinating marketing materials for trade shows, expos, events or industry activities
