Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across Parklands Social, the NY Deli & Grill, and events. You’ll motivate a diverse team, uphold service standards, and help shape guest experiences in a revitalised hotel workplace.

You will work on the floor, train staff, manage rosters, and contribute to a vibrant dining culture that aligns with Accor’s Heartist philosophy and brand standards.
