BROOK Recruitment is seeking an experienced sales leader for an established food distribution business in Dandenong.
You will lead, coach and develop the sales team across Business Development and Account Management, guiding retention, growth and key commercial opportunities.
You will partner with the Commercial Manager, set explicit KPIs, shape the sales strategy and foster robust customer and supplier relationships while delivering commercial results in a hands-on, office-based role.
