Avina is recruiting for a 12-month Graduate Program in Occupational Therapy aimed at recent graduates. The program provides structured onboarding, supervision and gradual caseload ramp-up across community and clinic settings.

You'll learn through shadowing, MDT collaboration and regular clinical supervision, with prospects to build confidence and clinical identity in your first role after graduation.
