Job Description
Small Animal Specialist Hospital in North Ryde is seeking a part time Contact Centre Officer to support clients and referring veterinarians. You will handle calls, bookings, and payments, guiding pet owners through insurance claims with empathy and care.

Shifts are Friday to Sunday, 10pm–6am. You'll work with a close-knit team, convert enquiries to bookings, and help pets live their best lives while maintaining high service standards.
