WISE Employment is seeking casual Support Workers in Western Sydney to deliver NDIS services across Penrith and Blacktown.
You will provide person-centered support, engage participants in the community, and help them achieve individual plans and goals.
The role requires empathy, communication skills, and a driver's license with own transport.
Mandatory pre-employment screenings will be conducted before offer.
