Job Description
Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Site Supervisor - Home for our SIL Home in Ayr, Qld. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care to clients with physical and psycho-social disabilities, overseeing daily operations and coordinating individual care plans.

Experience in the Disability sector, in particular complex behaviours and mental health challenges, plus prior supervisory experience, are essential.
