Job Description
PFD Food Services in Victoria is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives across Warrnambool and Horsham.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will work closely with local branch leadership to strengthen sales capability, lift performance across the region, and build robust relationships with key customers.
You will coach, mentor, and lead by example, using CRM data to drive growth, margins, and customer retention.
