Job Description
Joss Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the Bathurst team.
This hands-on, generalist role supports managers and staff across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on the Cleaning division.
You will provide practical HR advice, handle recruitment, onboarding, ER, and policy interpretation, and contribute to improving HR practices.
