Essential criteria

12 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
n
Certified Salesforce Admin.
n
Enthusiasm towards continued learning and development.
n
Solid customer-focused attitude with proven track record of responsive, effective. communication, and the ability to empathise with and prioritise customer needs.
n
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly explanations and solutions.
n
Demonstrable robust problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, patience, and an understanding of how their role impacts the overall customer experience is essential.
n
Desirable criteria
n
Experience in designing, building and debugging Flows, including screen,



auto launched, and scheduled Flows with knowledge of error handling and optimising Flows will be highly regarded.
n
Hands on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments, and exposure and/or hands on experience with
Vlocity/OmniStudio.
n
Works within an Agile delivery methodology.
n
Comfortable with recent ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
n
