Job Description
Beacon Lighting Waurn Ponds is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our VIC location. This full time role partners with the Store Manager to lead a team, grow sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences while managing daily store operations.

You'll coach and mentor staff, drive performance across retail, trade and design, maintain high visual standards and uphold safety and well-being within the team. The Bright Start program supports ongoing training and growth prospects.
