ELMO Software in Melbourne is seeking a customer‐focused Support Consultant – Payroll to help our customers diagnose and resolve payroll issues across the ELMO software suite. This role suits someone with hands-on experience in Australian and/or Current Zealand payroll who can explain solutions clearly.
You will investigate cases, document steps in the ticketing system, and collaborate with Product for improvements while maintaining service levels and accurate knowledge resources.
