ACH Group is seeking a full time Scheduling Officer based at Mile End to coordinate rostering and scheduling for Nursing, Allied Health, Support Workers and Cleaners delivering services in customers' homes.
You will maintain accurate information across multiple systems and handle customer and employee queries with a focus on service excellence.
The role requires solid rostering experience, the ability to prioritise in a busy workplace and excellent communication skills.
