Job Description
Endeavour Group Careers in Ballarat region is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the Blue Bell Hotel.
You'll drive kitchen performance, develop menus, and ensure top quality pub classics that locals love.
This hands-on leadership role requires trade cooking qualifications and food safety certificates.
You'll work with the Publican and FOH team, deliver excellent food with robust cost controls, and mentor a growing kitchen crew.
