GV Health is seeking an Intake Referral Nurse for the Specialist Consulting Suites in regional Victoria.
This permanent part time role (72 hours per fortnight) focuses on reducing delays in access to outpatient appointments and strengthening GP communication.
The nurse will monitor referrals, promote e-referrals, and ensure compliance with state-wide and local criteria, while mentoring colleagues and representing GV Health in a positive, qualified manner.
