Nando's is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive customer growth and revenue across Australia and Current Zealand. You will lead off-premise and aggregator marketing, delivering value-driven campaigns and promotions to accelerate transactions.

Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will own growth initiatives, analyse performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Commercial and Finance teams to unlock prospects. Hybrid work arrangement offered.
