Job Description
UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a casual Supported Living Facilitator to enable clients to live independently at home. You'll provide in-home care, accompany clients on activities and support with daily living tasks, while driving between homes with your own vehicle.

You'll work on a schedule Mon–Fri daytime, travel across Plainland and surrounding towns within a coordinated care plan, and contribute to a compassionate, community-focused team committed to safer, happier lives for clients.
