Job Description
The Flagstaff Group in Shoalhaven Heads NSW seeks a Team Leader for the Employment and Program team to lead a hands-on role delivering disability support services under the NDIS. You will balance leadership, coordination and direct participant support to help people build life skills and independence.

You will manage program delivery, coordinate supports, ensure compliance with NDIS standards, build solid relationships with participants and families, and drive continuous improvement.
