Job Description
The Chef at Founders Room Pty Ltd will plan, prepare, and execute high-quality menus for weddings, corporate events, and private functions at The Founders Room in Cronulla, NSW.
This in office role requires hands-on kitchen leadership, collaboration with event coordinators, and strict adherence to food safety standards.
You will mentor kitchen staff, manage ordering and inventory, and ensure flawless service and presentation for guests.
