Are you an experienced Client Services Officer looking for your next opportunity in financial planning?
What You will Be Doing: n
n
Supporting the adviser with day-to-day client service and administration
n
Preparing client files, forms, reports and documentation
n
Assisting with SOAs and ROAs
n
Managing the implementation of financial advice
n
Preparing and following up investment, superannuation, retirement and insurance applications
n
Maintaining accurate client information in XPLAN
n
Liaising with product providers and insurers
n
Following up outstanding applications and implementation requirements
n
Assisting with research and preparation of recommendations
n
Preparing reports and client meeting documents
n




Providing a high level of skilled and responsive client service
n
What We are Looking For: n
n
Previous experience in financial planning administration or client services
n
Solid advice implementation experience
n
Experience using XPLAN
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Strong communication and client service skills
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities
n
RG146 is advantageous
n

$75,000-$90,000 + super, depending on experience
