Palm Lake Care Bargara is seeking a Service Manager Support to join the Service Manager in leading day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional hospitality and compliance for residents, families and staff.
This full time role offers 38 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate brings hospitality leadership experience, solid communication, and a commitment to protected, resident-centred service delivery in a regulated setting.
