PROPERTY OFFICER / JUNIOR PROPERTY MANAGER ROLE.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to kickstart their career in property management with Stone Real Estate Illawarra.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties in the Illawarra region.
This full time role offers structured training and development to help you succeed in the industry.
What you'll be doing
Conducting property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairs under the supervision of a experienced property manager
Liaising with landlords, tenants and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive rental experience under the supervision of a experienced property manager
Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing tenant queries in a timely manner under the supervision of a experienced property manager
Assisting with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties
Supporting the broader property management team as required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach




Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Basic understanding of residential tenancy legislation and property management processes
Enthusiasm for the real estate industry and a willingness to learn
Relevant qualifications or previous experience in customer service or administration an advantage
