Essential Criteria n
Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years, working in a similar role performing business analysis activities including workshop facilitation, supporting the successful delivery of high-impact and high-value initiatives that lead to meaningful change.
n
Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with technical SME's to define and obtain an understanding of business needs, technical constraints, and technical concepts and present them in easy terms.
n
The ability and desire to quickly learn and understand the technical details of a proposed solution to a level that facilitates effective engagement with the technical teams and the delivery of accurate documentation.
n
Proven experience, of at least 3 years, in a role relating to cloud platforms including delivery of new services.
n




Demonstrated robust interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively liaise and keep stakeholders informed and engaged, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting, cultivating productive working relationships across multiple projects and business areas
n
A proven ability to use initiative and self-drive to meet demanding deadlines. Self-managed, adaptable and quick to learn.
Desirable Criteria n
Experience in working with diverse project, in-house development, and vendor teams to deploy complex, integrated technologies and effect business change.

Demonstrated experience and flexibility to adapt to agile and waterfall processes to deliver projects.
