Job Description
Endeavour Foundation operates SIL homes on the Sunshine Coast, seeking a Disability Support Worker to help residents live as independently as possible.
You will assist with daily living activities, personal care and skill-building in a caring, skilled setting.
The role requires flexibility for days, afternoons and multiple sleepovers, with a focus on safety, respect and building trust.
A Certificate III in Disability Support is advantageous, and compliance checks are required for
