Job Description
Douglas Chemists Sarina is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the store, coach the team and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy community pharmacy.
The role offers adaptable schedule per week across 4–5 days), including school-friendly options, with potential to shape the roster and promotions while staying closely aligned with our People First values.
You'll work closely with the Pharmacist in Charge and wider store leadership to drive sales and maintain presentation.
