South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Specialist General Practitioner to join the Mental Health Service at Liverpool Hospital.
The position is 0.4 FTE (16 hours per week) and will be supported by a multidisciplinary team including a dietitian, exercise physiologist, CNC and peer worker, in addition to a Primary Care Clinic GP service.
The role focuses on coordinating physical health care for mental health consumers, improving outcomes across inpatient and community settings
