Exemplar Health Care's Quarryfields learning disability service in Balby is hiring a Health Care Assistant.
You'll support adults with complex care needs to live their best lives and participate in social activities, with a solid emphasis on dignity and respect.
You'll work as part of a supportive team to provide personal care, meal assistance and accurate care records, with induction and ongoing training offered.
