Job Description
SOMA by Lorna Jane invites a casual, hands-on Retreat & Spa Coordinator to help orchestrate a restorative guest experience in Byron Bay hinterland.
You will host guests, coordinate the retreat program, and ensure spaces and treatments run smoothly with warmth and discretion.
The role requires you to manage spa reception, bookings, and therapist coordination, while supporting facilitators and assisting with massage or wellness activities where qualified.
