Minor Hotels is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie on a casual basis for Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in NSW. You will join a vibrant kitchen team, assist in cooking to high standards, and help maintain brand quality and hygiene.

The role suits a Chef with a Certificate III in Cookery, solid teamwork, and flexibility to cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts. Rotations may include weekends and holidays at competitive hourly rates.
