Job Description
IMB Bank in Bowral is seeking a part time Customer Service Representative to support customers across channels with their financial needs.
The role runs Tuesday–Friday on afternoon shifts (6 hours daily) at the Bowral branch.
You will handle conversations, help customers with banking and insurance questions, and explore suitable financial solutions while using diverse digital platforms.
A solid ethic, accuracy, and willingness to travel for training are valued.
