Chef Responsibilities and Duties: n

Food Preparation
n
Cooking to order
n
Ordering
n
Training junior staff
n
Complying with all food health and safety requirements
n
Experience required: n
n
Must have certificate IV in commercial cookery
n
Minimum 5 years' experience as a chef.
n
Other requirements: n
n
Must be able to work on weekends and rotating roster.
n




Must be a strong team player and able to work in busy environment.
n
Can do attitude and cooperative behaviour
n
Passionate about providing high quality of food service.
n
