Job Description
Discover Nursing Australia is seeking friendly, reliable Disability Support Workers to provide consistent 1:1 companionship and community access in Berowra, NSW .
This role focuses on companionship and social participation with minimal personal care.
You will help with cafés, appointments, errands, outings and transport within the community, while encouraging participant independence and building a trusted relationship with one participant.
