Job Description
ChefHire is recruiting a front of house team for a well established hotel bistro in Ballarat North. You will set up sections, run rosters and take bookings, while ensuring smooth service even when busy.

You'll handle the till, greet guests, take orders, run food and transparent/reset tables. Looking after guests and supporting casual staff on shift are part of the role; shifts cover weekdays and weekends with award rates.
