Job Description
LETO Technology Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to manage the daily flow of work for Field Service Engineers. You will dispatch jobs, communicate with customers on readiness and ETAs, and ensure service standards are met with accurate documentation.

You will also handle spare parts, warranty claims, and service contracts, while maintaining CRM/ERP records and generating daily performance reports for leadership.
