Job Description
Hunter Valley Brewhouse Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate Chef to join our agile kitchen in the Hunter Valley.
You will collaborate with the Head Chef to plan functions and daily menus, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure high standards of food safety, presentation, and cost control.
You will prepare for service, maintain stock, and coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver an excellent dining experience.
