Job Description
ING Australia is seeking two External Dispute Resolution Managers to join our Customer Excellence team in Sydney or Wyong. You will manage complex customer disputes, including scam-related cases, and coordinate with AFCA and internal stakeholders to deliver fair outcomes.

In this role you'll investigate, analyse evidence, and identify root causes to drive improvements while supporting vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism. This is a permanent in office role.
