Job Description
Blue Care seeks a Clinical Nurse for Hospital in the Home on the Sunshine Coast.
This permanent part time role (3 days per week) offers AU$–AU$ per hour, plus super, penalties and allowances.
You will deliver person-centred community care, develop care plans, assess needs, and work with a multidisciplinary team across Sunshine Coast locations.
Requires 3+ years of acutely trained community experience with AHPRA registration and a current driver's licence.
