Job Description
BlueCare is seeking a Maintenance and Grounds Officer in Toowoomba to join our aged care facility. This permanent full time role focuses on grounds upkeep, lawn care and general maintenance to uphold a protected, pleasant workplace for residents and staff.

You will work as part of the Facilities & Maintenance team across Queensland, balancing autonomous site work with regional support. A current driver's license and proactive communication are essential.
