Capstone Recruitment client seeks a hard services focused Facilities Manager for a premium A-grade tower in Melbourne's Victorian portfolio. Work with an experienced in office team, with no direct reports, focusing on technical and operational duties rather than people management.

You will oversee mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic systems, monitor the BMS, manage budgets and contracts, and coordinate capital works to maintain asset performance.
