Job Description
RCPA Holdings is seeking a night shift Mechanical Maintenance Fitter Supervisor in Somersby. This hands-on role focuses on plant reliability, preventative and breakdown maintenance, and supervising a maintenance team to minimise downtime.

You will lead root cause analysis, contribute to capital projects, follow WHS standards, and work within a structured manufacturing setting; overtime is available. The position offers permanent full time employment and a supportive team culture.
