Job Description
Care Guidance is seeking a Social Worker for a Regional role in Traralgon to support residents in aged care facilities through comprehensive psychosocial assessments, counselling, case management and tailored therapeutic interventions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor in Social Work, be a current AASW member, and hold a National Police Clearance, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
This casual role requires autonomy and robust collaboration with care teams.
