Job Description
Fortinet is seeking a Service Relationship Manager to guide the success journey for Advanced Support customers. You will act as the trusted advisor, coordinating Fortinet resources, driving adoption, and ensuring plans meet business priorities.

In this role you'll build executive relationships, deliver quarterly reviews, and manage service escalations. A Bachelor's degree and ITIL certification are preferred for this customer-focused leadership position based in Australia.
