Job Description
Barker Trailers in Victoria seeks an experienced Team Leader for the Chip Bins area to drive safety, quality and on-time production.
You will coordinate the team, allocate work to match skills and support the Area Manager to maintain the production flow and schedule.
Responsibilities include directing daily production activities, ensuring accurate clocking, maintaining 5S standards, following drawings and job sheets, and communicating issues to the Group Leader.
