As a **Specialised Carer**, you’ll play a vital role in delivering personalised care and creating a welcoming, home-like environment. # **About the role*** In this role you will provide care for our clients across our Wahroonga & Terrey Hills Cottages.* ***Hourly Rates: $32.91 to $36.50- P/H + penalties*** ***Shifts include: (You must be able to do a mix of below)**** 7.15am-14.45 - Morning shift* 14.45 - 21.45- Afternoon shift* 21.30- 07.45- Night shift # **Responsibilities*** Provide personal care including grooming and hygiene* Deliver care in accordance with individual care plans* Support and care for guests during overnight or extended stays* Promote guest dignity and independence through daily activities* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in care professionally# **About you*** Available to work across our **Wahroonga** & **Terrey Hills** sites* you’re a people-person who is patient and solutions-focused* you have previous experience in aged or community care, or are looking to start your career in aged care* you have a valid Driver’s Licence and access to an insured, reliable car* ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If you're not currently qualified and would like to be, then we can help* First Aid certificate desirable* Empathy and compassion are a must* Good administrative and computer skills, including the use of a smartphone* A strong team player, who can communicate professionally changes in care, complete all documentation, whilst maintaining confidentiality. # **In return for your expertise,
