QT Canberra, part of EVT, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to partner with the Executive Chef and lead the kitchen on breakfast, dinner, bar and in-room dining. You will mentor a brigade, uphold high culinary standards and drive food and labour results.

The role requires proven Senior/Executive Sous Chef experience in a hotel or high-volume kitchen, strong leadership, and a commitment to food safety and cost control. Canberra location with growth opportunities opportunities.
