Mr. Positive Guy, part of Accor, in Devonport's city centre, invites applications for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations and support service standards. This hands-on role focuses on developing the team, delivering guest experiences, maintaining service standards and managing stock and costs.

Reporting to the F&B; Manager, you will coach and develop the team, manage rosters and budgets, and ensure safety and licensing compliance while delivering on Accor's service promises.
